Inside Sales Associate

Frappe’s inside sales is more about consultative engagement. The goal is to help potential customers understand ERPNext and Frappe Cloud, guide them in their decision-making, and connect them to the right solutions

What you will be working on:

  • Handling inbound leads - calls, contact forms, trial accounts.
  • Understanding their needs - whether they’re exploring ERPNext, looking for services, or just curious.
  • Qualifying the leads - figuring out if they’re the right fit.
  • Aligning with partners - route larger projects to the right Frappe Partner or Partner Manager.
  • Owning the smaller leads - guide, nurture, and close them yourself.
  • Keeping the pipeline clean - update the CRM, follow up, and keep things moving.
  • Basically: talk to people, understand them, and connect them to the right solution.

What we are looking for:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (bonus if in B2B SaaS).
  • Someone who listens well and communicates clearly.
  • Comfortable talking about tech in simple terms.
  • Curious, patient, and proactive.
  • Independent but also a team player.
